Menu Changes | Aug 2018

Here at The Magnum we are continually looking to make seasonal tweaks and changes to our menu. rather than make big sweeping changes, we drop in a couple of dishes at a time – this August is no exception.

This month we’ve added –

Corn Fed Chicken Supreme with a Pea, Courgette, Radish & Spinach Risotto, Confit baby Tomatoes and Pecorino.

Beautifully bold flavoured chicken resign on top of the most delicious risotto … yumm!


Or.. how about –

Pan Fried Salmon Fillet with assorted Seasonal Beans in a Light Tomato Consommé and finished with a Langoustine, Lightly Grilled with Garlic Butter?

Summer fresh beans compliment the flavour bursting Salmon and the decadent Langoustine.




Lastly for the Vegetarians (or those who like great food) we have –

Aubergine, Apple Smoked Cheddar, Pine Nut & Raisin Involtini with Summer Vegetable Ratatouille and Mozzarella.

This dish has been on the menu for a few days and it’s absolutely flying out the kitchen!
